Weather and radiation now
Cloud cover by height
Sunlight is solar radiation reaching the ground (W/m²). For background nuclear radiation readings around Kansas City, see the EPA RadNet monitors and the Safecast radiation map.
Trail conditions overhead
At cruising altitudes, trails form when the air is cold enough and last or spread when it's saturated with respect to ice. This uses forecast model data for the current hour.
Aircraft within 25 nautical miles
Only aircraft broadcasting ADS-B show up. Some military and government flights legally don't broadcast, and coverage has gaps, so a trail with no match here is worth noting but isn't proof of anything by itself.

Documented weather modification
Some weather modification is real and on the public record. Cloud seeding operations run in several western states, and in the U.S. operators are required to report their projects to NOAA under 15 CFR Part 908. Search "NOAA weather modification reports" to read the filings for your region.
Tennessee (2024) and Florida (2025) passed laws banning the intentional release of substances into the atmosphere to affect weather. Those laws apply to deliberate release; ordinary engine exhaust is not covered.
